Can I drink on-board my Smile Cycle Tour?

Alcohol is not allowed on-board due to provincial liquor regulations.

Do I need to have a group of 15 to participate?

No, you do not. As we’re a social experience, we sell individual seats and will pair you up with other smaller groups to make the biking experience even more fun. Tours run with a minimum of 8 guests, unless otherwise specified. The Smile Cycle is a great way to meet new people, so don’t hesitate to book even 1 or 2 spots.

Yes, private tours are available for a flat rate. We’ll need a minimum of 8 riders in your private group.

What should I bring?

Appropriate pedalling shoes, a water bottle, and your ID.

Can you hold seats for my extra riders in my group?

Spots are first come first served, so don’t miss out by waiting to the last minute. We offer a generous cancellation policy, with fully refundable bookings up to 72 hours prior to the activity.

Is a gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included. Tips are appreciated.

What is the cancellation policy?

***PLEASE NOTE*** If we are not able to book a MINIMUM OF 8 SEATS – the bike will not go out (for physical reasons of pedalling the bike). We will contact you if there are less than 8 seats booked for your time slot. If a ride is cancelled due to this minimum, we will refund your payment if we are unable to reschedule your reservation.

Dressing up the BEST way to make the most of your Smile Cycle Tour – we recommend 3rd generation, locally owned family provider Calowna Costumes.

Can we decorate the bike?
