Cancellation, Change and Refund Policy:
– Cancellation requests more than 14 days before the start of the tour will receive a full refund.
– Requests 8-13 days before the start of the tour, you will be offered a reschedule option (credit for a tour within 365 days).
– Requests within 7 days of the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule option.
Tour Minimum Requirement:
If your Public Tour has less than 6 riders, we will contact you to discuss and potentially reschedule for a different tour time with more riders due to the physical weight of pedaling our 15-passenger bike. Our bikes do not have electrical assist, and if rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
Weather Policy:
All tours run regardless of weather. If it rains, bring a stylish poncho or rain jacket. We can store your gear aboard if it’s not needed.
